When paying by check or money order it is a good idea to e-mail the site before sending the order it see if the items you are ordering are still available.

Note: Checks and money orders must be drawn on an USA bank and in US funds.

Merchandise paid for with a personal check will be held until the check clears.

Shipping Costs

Orders up to $15.00 = $4.75

Orders Between $15.01 and 25.00 = $6.75

Orders Between $25.01 & $40.00 = $8.50

Orders Between $40.01 & $55.00 = $9.25

Orders Between $55.01 & $80.00 = 10.75

Orders Between $80.01 & 100.00 = $12.50

Orders Between $100.01 and $135.00 = $14.00

Orders Betweem $135.01 and $160.00=$17.00

Orders Over $160.01 = $18.50

These prices do not reflect the price of orders going outside the US (See below).

I must be contacted within 10 days of your having received the merchandise or I will not accept the return. For more information see Returns

Rush orders: There is a $10.00 fee for Rush Orders, plus the cost of postage.

Packages going to countries outside the USA will cost more to ship.

Priority Mail may cost more on heavier packages.

There is not a print catalog available at this time.

To redeem a gift certificate please mail the certificate to Pandora's Box, 6958 Country Dawn, San Antonio, TX 78240, along with what you want to receive. Also include the address you want the item(s) sent to. If you are spending more than the amount of the gift certificate please include a credit card number for the differnce.

Pandora's Box is a Retail company. We do not offer wholesale or quantity discounts. We locate all our vendors thru retail trade and gifts shows operating throughout the U.S.A.

Shipping Outside the US

Orders from outside the US include Canada and Mexico. Credit card orders will be taken thru the secure shopping cart. (The shipping prices on the shopping cart do not reflect shipping prices outside the US.) The shipping address must match the name and address the credit card is being billed to.

Once an order is received you will be e-mailed with a shipping estimate (actual shipping price may vary from estimate). Once you have approved of the estimate the merchandise will be charged to your credit card. After the merchandise has shipped the shipping price will be billed to your credit card.

If you need to use a money order it must be in US funds. E-mail the order and you will receive a return e-mail with the total, including shipping charges. A $10 service fee (charged by the bank) will be added.
