orders must be drawn on an USA bank and in US funds. Packages
going to countries outside the USA will cost more to ship. Please

Rush orders: There
is a $10.00 fee for Rush Orders, plus the cost of postage.
Priority Mail may cost more on heavier packages.
$2.00 has been added to all shipping
rates for insurance. If you do not wish to pay this extra two
dollars contact me and it will be removed. If you do not pay
this fee, you are responsible for any damage or loss to the order.
You can not file a claim, with the shipper or Dragons
Unlimited.
There is no print catalog
available at this time.
To redeem a gift certificate
please mail the certificate to Dragons Unlimited LLC, 3006 Village
Green St., Caldwell, ID 83605, along with what you want to receive.
Also include the address you want the item(s) sent to. If you
are spending more than the amount of the gift certificate please
include a credit card number for the difference. If the order
is less than the amount of the order you will receive a credit
note along with the order.

do not offer wholesale or quantity discounts. We locate all our
vendors thru retail trade and gifts shows operating throughout
the U.S.A. We are an internet company and do not have a storefront.

Shipping Outside the US
Orders from outside the US include Canada and Mexico.
The price of shipping items to countries
outside the US is higher than the website rate chart.
Once an order is received you will be e-mailed with
the shipping price. Please approve this price and get back to me.
Your order will not be processed or sent out until I receive your
approval on the shipping price.
PayPal (verified accounts only) patrons will receive
an email listing the additional postage, you will be charged any
additional postage through your PayPal account. eCheck and Money
Order patrons need to find out the exact amount of the order, item
price plus shipping cost, before sending payment. (The shipping
prices on the shopping cart do not reflect shipping prices outside
the US.)
The shipping address must match the name and address
the credit card is being billed to.
If you need to use a money order it must be in US
funds. E-mail the order and you will receive a return e-mail with
the total, including shipping charges. A $10 service fee (charged
by the bank) will be added. This fee only applies to non-US orders.
