Return Policy

If you you wish to return an order contact the business within 7 days of receipt, preferably via e-mail, dragonlady@dragonsunltd.com, or call 208-724-8736. A Return Authorization number will be issued. When the merchandise is received in undamaged condition, and in it's original box, a credit for the merchandise will be issued. (Credit for the merchandise can take the form of a refund, different merchandise or a store credit, please specify how you would like your credit.)

If the business is not contacted before the item is returned you will receive store credit. Postage (to and from) is not included in the credit. If Dragons Unlimited LLC is not contacted within the 7 days the merchandise can not be returned.

THE RETURN MUST BE RECIEVED HERE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR GETTING AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. IF THE RETURN IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THAT TIME IT WILL BE REFUSED.

Please understand that we are not trying to be difficult. By establishing and posting this policy, we are trying to avoid an unpleasant experience for both of us.

 

Damaged Items

As always, un-insured merchandise which has been damaged in shipping may be returned for replacement with the same item. Merchandise must be returned in it's original box. Dragons Unlimited LLC must be notified within 5 days of receiving damaged merchandise.

You must always notify me before returning anything.

 

Insured Damaged Items

You must file a claim with the Post Office (or FedEx). Take the damaged item/s back to your Post Office along with the box it was received in as well as all packing materials and any other items in the box. The Post Office will give you a claim form, you should have all the information needed to fill out this form using the invoice. You can e-mail me about any questions you don't know how to answer, but you need to file the claim with the Post Office.

If you wish to replace the insured damaged item/s you need to re-order (and pay for) the item/s.

 

Gifts

Gifts can only be exchanged for another item or a store credit, no cash refunds for gifts.

Items bought from Dragons Unlimited LLC and received as a gift may be returned after the 10 day period. However you must still follow the above rules. You must contact the business within 10 days of RECEIVING the gift and within 5 days if the item is damaged. (For example if you receive the gift for Christmas and it is damaged you must contact the business within 5 days after opening the package to report the damage.) If the gift is sent directly to you then you only have the 5 or 10 days from the date the package arrives at your home to file a claim.

Close Outs and Grab Bags

Due to the nature of Close Out items and Grab Bags returns of these items are not accepted. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with the same item, see "Damaged Items" above.
